Position : Branch Manager
We are looking for a Branch Manager for one of our clients a Multinational pan-African Bank group.
- A Branch Manager at a commercial bank is responsible for
- Overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch,
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive branch environment.
The following are some key job duties and responsibilities:
- Train employees and evaluate their performances.
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients.
- Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
