Position : Branch Manager

​We are looking for a Branch Manager for one of our clients a  Multinational pan-African Bank group.

  • A Branch Manager at a commercial bank is responsible for
  • Overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch,
  • Ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive branch environment.

The following are some key job duties and responsibilities:

  • Train employees and evaluate their performances.
  • Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Prepare reports on sales.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
Required profile for job ad : Branch Manager


  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to strategize and plan ahead.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
