Business Analyst

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst would be responsible for handling all official duties as assigned by the line manager. The ideal candidate should possess highly refined people skills, and an extensive understanding of what is required to run a high-pace technology driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new sales leads, pitching products and/or services to potential clients/customers, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and ensuring profitability.
• Manage and execute processes and tools for growing the business. 
• Respond to calls and mails directed towards the various official contact channels.
• Identify the decision makers within the prospective clients organization and develop good relationships with current and potential clients
• Consulting with clients based on a needs analysis
• Ensure all aspect of the organization is running smoothly. 
• Ensure accurate daily reporting of all cash transactions and expenses made. 
• Report to your line manager and attend to all duties as assigned by the line manager.  

Requirements

• A first degree in any discipline. 
• 0-1 year experience in business development
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Must be smart, resourceful and have a high energy level. 
• Ability to work under little or no supervision. 
• Ability to adapt and thrive in an environment of high growth and continual change 
• Must be Meticulous with high attention to details. 
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and self-directed
