Position : Marketing Manger/ AffiliateTo facilitate and further business growth we are looking for a Marketing/ Sales Manager, candidates must have a passion for marketing/ sales and must be computer literate, have good communication skills and an eye for detail (i.e. pay attention to detail). Newly qualified graduates who are quick learners and interested in learning and developing new skills will also be considered.
Summary of key responsibilities:
- Business development (of products & services) – establish, manage & maintain relationships with Clients, Affiliates and Customers (bring in new business – clients, affiliates and customers)
- Meet monthly & annual targets for new orders and establish business continuity
- Management of Facebook and Instagram pages
- Support production and/ assembly of orders
- Delivery of orders / organise collection/ delivery of completed orders (or samples) to customers/ clients, where required
- Invoicing and maintenance of sales records
- Accept and transfer payments for orders
- Make and/ keep entries in databases up to date, as applicable
- Minimise waste, prevent errors and ensure continuous improvement and development of self and subordinates
- Maybe required to act as deputy for other manager’s and staff, when required
- Any other duties as required by the Manager (or Directors)
Required profile for job ad : Marketing Manger/ Affiliate Education/ Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent vocational or relevant experience
- IT (computer) literate, experience (good knowledge) of MS word, excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Experience with the operation of a heat press, guillotine, table-top & portable photo cutters, laser printers & large-format inkjet printers and use of print media
- Good coordination and cognitive skills and ability to work with hands
- Highly motivated, self-starter, self-driven, creative, innovative and dependable
- Trustworthy and ability to work harmoniously with others, build and maintain positive team & customer relationships
- Ability to work independently without constant/ direct supervision
- Demonstrates good attention to detail and has a high sense of quality
- Target orientated and flexibility to adapt to changing situations and the ability to work under pressure, strategically plan, organise and manage multiple priorities simultaneously and not repeat mistakes
- Ability to communicate effectively and good presentation skills
- Fluent in written and verbal English. Fluency in Twi, Ga and other Ghanaian languages is desirable
