Job Ad & Profile Description

Position : Sales Specialist

Scope

The Sales Specialist will primarily be responsible for identifying sales/business opportunities for business growth, optimizing marketing strategy and managing sales team to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Identify new clients to introduce the quality of company services and follow up to close business deals
  • Carry out market research to develop new strategies and clients
  • Create networking opportunity to bring business to the company
  • Evaluate and improve sales, marketing and brand strategies.
  • Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
  • Determine and set goals & objectives for sales activities.
  • Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.
  • Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
  • Drive sales in accordance to projected sales forecasts. 
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by management
Required profile for job ad : Sales Specialist

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the same or similar role.
  • Experience in sales within the construction, real estate or architecture sectors is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, research, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal relation, and communication (verbal & written) skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong clientele relationship
  • Must have strong negotiation skills
  • Keen attention to detail and must be innovative & creative
  • Strong proficiency in Office Suite
