I was attached at Ghana Revenue Authority to do my national service. I assisted the administrative officer in her day to day activities such as receiving and dispatching letters, maintaining good filing system, keeping records, organizing meetings and taking minutes during meetings, typing of letters and also briefing the office manager on daily happenings of the company. I also learned how to raise assessment and to generate Tin numbers for taxpayers. Also, printing and photo copying was my duty. I also served as a receptionist for one month when the office receptionist was on leave.
